The Australian Defence Force is supporting the Long Ride to Margaret River in WA.
This ride is aimed at raising awareness of Prostate Cancer and raising funds to support families affected by this disease and to provide much needed funds for Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia so that they can continue to fund research in finding a cure.
The ADF is a large employer of men in Australia. If we can raise awareness of prostate cancer among our men so that they are checked regularly, then it can be stopped if caught early and this will have a positive effect on our capability.
